Field guide
The whole practice is a handful of taps a day. Open the day, mark how each loop went, note the weather, and move on. This page walks through every move — checking in for today, filling in a day you missed, and building, editing, or retiring a loop.
Check in for today
Open Today. Each loop is a row. Tap a good loop and it goes from Tap to Done; tap a bad loop and it goes from Tap to Logged. Set your Mood — Good, Okay, or Low — and your Energy — High, Medium, or Low; tap the same one again to clear it. Add a note if the day needs one. There is no save button: the day writes itself, Saving… then Saved.

Log a day you missed
A missed day is just an untoggled row you can go back and fill. Above the form is a date bar. Step back a day at a time with the arrows, or open the calendar and pick a date. Yesterday and every day before it open the same form; you cannot check in ahead of today. When you have paged back, → Today brings you home.

Fill in the week
To catch up on several days at once, switch Today from Day to Week. You get a grid: loops down the side, the last seven days across the top. Tap any cell to mark that loop for that day. Each day saves on its own. Tap a weekday heading to open that day in full.

Add a loop
Open Loops. Choose + Good loop for something to build or + Bad loop for something to watch, and the shop opens. Browse by category or search, then tap a loop — it goes Adding…, then Added, and starts tracking straight away. Loops you already keep are marked Tracking.

Build a custom loop
If nothing in the shop fits, tap Create your own at the bottom. Name the loop, add a short description, pick a color, and choose an emoji from the grid or paste your own. Tap Add loop and it joins the others. Its kind — good or bad — is set by the tab you opened the shop on.

Edit a loop
On Loops, every loop has an Edit button. You can change its name, description, color, and icon. Good stays good and bad stays bad — that one is fixed once the loop is made. Editing never touches the days you have already logged.

Archive or delete a loop
Archive takes a loop off the daily list but keeps every mark it has earned; it moves to the Archived section, where Unarchive brings it back. Delete lives there too, on archived loops only. Delete asks you to confirm, then removes the loop and its history for good.
